Essential Beauty Academy Complaints Handling Policy

4. How to Make a Complaint
Learners can submit a complaint through the following channels:

5. Complaint Handling Process
Step 1: Acknowledgement
All complaints will be acknowledged within 5 business days of receipt.
Step 2: Investigation
- Complaints will be investigated thoroughly and fairly.
- This may involve gathering information from relevant parties and reviewing documentation.
Step 3: Response
A formal response will be provided to the learner within 15 business days of the acknowledgement. If more time is needed, the learner will be informed of the delay and the reasons for it.
Step 4: Resolution
The response will include the outcome of the investigation and any actions taken to resolve the complaint. If the complaint is upheld, appropriate measures will be implemented to prevent recurrence.
6. Escalation
If a learner is not satisfied with the outcome of their complaint, they may escalate the matter to the Academy Director. The escalation must be made in writing within 10 business days of receiving the initial response.
7. Confidentiality
All complaints will be handled with the utmost confidentiality. Information will only be shared with those directly involved in the investigation and resolution process.
8. Continuous Improvement
